Apple Cheddar Tarts

Serves: 2

Cooking Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

- ½ C baguette

- 2 T apple butter

- ½ apple, sliced

- 2 oz. cheddar cheese

Directions:

Heat your broiler, and broil your baguette- you just want it lightly toasted, shouldn’t take longer than 1-2 minutes

Divide the baguette and top with butter, apple slices and top with cheese, broil until the cheese melts
